Ritz-Carlton has developed a new meeting package with the message "It's Not Extravagent, If It Produces Results."

The hotel intends to highlight the value of their facilities and amenities.

The "Meetings Within Reach" package includes the following value-added components for groups booking ten or more nights at Ritz-Carlton hotels worldwide:

• Daily continental breakfast
• General session meeting room
• High speed Internet access in one meeting room
• 20 % savings on audio visual needs
• Select suite upgrades

Meetings must be booked by September 30 and held by December 31, 2009.
