Attend has launched their newest tool, a new app for event planners. The new app available on iOS is called “Attend” and does more than keep track of event attendance.

“Attend is the only sales-minded event management platform in the market today,” said Carol Meyers, CMO of Rapid7 (NASDAQ:RPD) and Attend advisory board member. “With this new app, Attend is empowering event, marketing, sales and customer success teams to have better insight into who is at an event and to make the face-to-face time with attendees more personal, relevant and impactful. Live events are a vital part of the buying experience and customer-life-cycle for organizations across industries. Attend helps these organizations drive higher return on investment.”

The app provides a number of features including: real-time numbers of registration and event presence, VIP alerts when important attendees check-in, view of relevant attendee profiles, ability to create a list of favorite attendees, and one swipe access to notes.

“Today’s empowered customers demand more thoughtful interactions and events are one of the best ways to deepen and extend those bonds,” said Matt Engel, CEO of Attend. “With the latest version of Attend’s event management platform and new mobile app, we are addressing the needs of our B2B customers, a market we are gaining healthy momentum in. The app enables our customers to optimize event interactions and helps bridge the connection between event managers and their sales teams. With Attend’s latest event platform, users can dramatically improve their guests’ experiences and accelerate pipeline activities.”

With the goal of helping teams manage their attendees and connect on a more personal and effective level, the app has different levels at different costs depending on how many guests will be attending the event.

“We view events as an important part of our new business and channel strategy, and the more prepared our team can be prior to an event, the better,” said Craig Herman, VP of Strategic Enterprise Accounts at Localytics. “Before working with Attend, it was difficult for my team to gain insight on which of their accounts had registered for an event. Since using Attend, we are better informed with real-time insight when a prospect or partner registers and checks in to an event. This helps my team have better interactions with our prospects and strategic partners, improving the experience for our internal team and our event attendees.”

The mobile app is available on Apple devices as of now and is available to all Attend subscribers. For more information visit Attend’s website.
