Begin your new year with creative and competitive sales skills at Sales AcademyTM in February. Offered during DMAI's Week in Washington, the Sales Academy program offers results-oriented education tailored for destination marketing professionals of all levels, and in every area of sales.
Part I is a one-day program, targeting sales professionals with 2 weeks to 2 years of DMO experience. The course explores the structure and role of a DMO, prospecting, qualifying customers' and handling their needs / objections, time management, selling against the competition and dialoguing with your industry peers on proven successes for other DMOs.
