Signature Drink: Traditional Sazerac

What better way to toast the changing of the leaves and arrival of cool fall breezes than with a cozy snifter of Sazerac crafted by the talented Esker Grove bar manager Jon Olson?

Nestled between the Walker Art Center’s contemporary collections and iconic Minneapolis landmarks, Esker Grove has attracted a following of its own. The restaurant was recently named one of the Travel Channel’s 10 best international museum restaurants and has quickly become a favorite local spot to enjoy New American fare and creative cocktails.

Signature Drink: Yamparika

INGREDIENTS
—1 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
—1 oz. Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum
—.5 oz. Myer’s Dark Rum
—.5 oz. Salted spiced caramel
—hot apple cider
—apple slice
—cinnamon stick

Line an Irish coffee glass or hot coffee mug with salted spiced caramel made with a good quality caramel and sea salt added. Pour first four ingredients into glass. Top with hot apple cider. Stir until ingredients are well mixed. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.

Signature Drink: Le Détroit

Every year, the North American International Auto Show brings out the best of planners and vendors presenting a flurry of spectacular entertainment events during the show’s two-week run in the Motor City.

This drink, crafted by Eurest Catering in partnership with Bedrock Events, was created for a client who was hosting an Auto Show Charity Preview private reception at The Madison in downtown Detroit. Not only are local craft brews still popular for events, but locally distilled spirits are also gaining greater popularity.
