Vince Young Steakhouse | Austin
Situated between Third and Fourth streets on San Jacinto Boulevard in downtown Austin, this locally owned and operated steakhouse is literally one block from the Austin Convention Center. Since opening in 2010, the restaurant offers USDA prime steaks, tasteful entrees, house-made desserts, and one of the city’s best selections of bourbons.
An upscale locally sourced menu, including a large selection of hearty steakhouse favorites such as prime bone-in ribeye, tomahawk pork chops or steak frites, make the steakhouse a great choice for corporate events. The restaurant offers two private dining rooms, which will accommodate up to 25 guests, as well as a semiprivate patio, bar and lounge that can be reserved for larger groups of up to 150. For groups of up to 200, event planners can arrange a reservation of the entire venue.
“Vince Young Steakhouse has multiple space options, including a semiprivate dining room and two closed-off, private rooms that can accommodate up to 25,” says Executive Chef Phillip Brown. “We offer our guests group dining menus, or our private dining coordinators can work with the client to create a custom menu.”
The steakhouse offers three different five-course menus for group events ranging in price from $75 per guest to $95 per guest. Complete a great meal at your event with a selection from the extensive wine list, or add cigars or elegant desserts made by the in-house pastry chef.
Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse | Dallas
From a small dinner for 12 to a cocktail reception for up to 300 guests, the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse provides high-quality food and service in a rustic and authentic Texas atmosphere accentuated by brick archways, iron railings and candlelit tables. The steakhouse is located in the downtown Dallas West End historic district and offers USDA prime steaks, which are hand-cut in house, as well as a selection of seafood and an extensive wild game selection.
The private dining facilities at the steakhouse include The Windmill Room, The Longhorn Lounge and The Hill Country Lodge, and will accommodate from 16 up to 200 guests. For larger groups, doors between the three private dining rooms can be opened to create a space for up to 300 for a cocktail reception. Additionally, the entire steakhouse is available for buyout and will seat 275 for a dinner or hold up to 350 guests for a cocktail reception.
“Our most popular private dining space is the Longhorn Lounge,” says Michael Street, director of sales and special events. “The space has a lively, private bar and seats up to 35 people. This is where we host our quarterly wine dinners created by chef Tony Street. Our private spaces can accommodate live music, have full audio-visual capability and are versatile. We can seat up to 151 people privately and customize the space if needed.”
An extensive private event menu featuring steak, seafood and wild game, such as quail, elk, buffalo and rattlesnake, make the steakhouse a great venue for group events in the Dallas area. “If you have a party of 100, we can accommodate all steak orders at the individual temperatures that are requested—not everyone can do this,” Street says.

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille | The Woodlands

For group events, the steakhouse offers five individual private dining venues, the largest of which can accommodate up to 115 guests. There are four different menus available for group events that include appetizer, salad, entree and dessert, and a fifth menu that includes salad, entrée and dessert.
