Hop21 Serves up a Stellar Team-Building Activity

The first of its kind in the Twin Cities, Hop21 is a table tennis club and bar that doubles as an ace team-building outing. The 4,500-squarefoot space is fit for 20-125 guests. “Anybody can play; you don’t have to be a super athlete … that’s what’s great about pingpong,” says CEO and Chief Manager Max Vinogradov, a self-deemed pingpong amateur who grew up playing in Russia.

Warwick Denver Completes Rooftop Renovation

Warwick Denver Hotel recently completed a $1 million renovation of their rooftop pool and deck area. To celebrate the re-opening, Warwick is now offering a Pool Time Package, which allows travelers and locals to enjoy the recently transformed space. The package includes pool access, free valet parking, and a $20 food and beverage credit. The package starts at $219 and is available through December. 

Denver's RiNo Neighborhood Getting Boutique Hotel

Set to open doors in winter 2017, the Ramble Hotel is a design-forward, 50-room boutique hotel that will be situated in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. The hotel features an theater and bar; flexible meeting space; a small retail outlet; an outdoor courtyard; an independently owned restaurant; and a marquee lobby bar—Death & Co. Denver.

Vibrant Asbury Park Hotel Will Stun Guests

The dynamic city of Asbury Park, N. J., is set to open a new hotel in spring 2016—the first opening in the area in more than 50 years. 

The Asbury, a product of the real-estate company iStar, combines the Victorian-era history of the era with its vibrant social culture.

The project is a collaboration between David Bowd, known for creating the Salt Hotels brand, and Anda Andrei, iStar’s creative lead for the Asbury Park redevelopment project and the former design director for the Ian Schrager Company. 

Major Facelift For Philly's Ritz Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia will undergo a complete transformation later this year.

Architect and interior designer Wimberly Interiors is leading the project for the Avenue of the Arts-located hotel. Renovations include new guest rooms and meeting spaces a refreshed lobby experience and public spaces, and a new restaurant, bar and lounge. The project is slated begin this month and finish in spring 2016.
