Airlines and airports around California have upgrades and updates to keep in mind as you plan meetings and events in the state.
Frontier Airlines began nonstop service in June from Detroit, Michigan, to San Francisco and from Cleveland, Ohio, to San Diego and San Francisco. Spirit Airlines also launched nonstop service from San José Mineta International Airport in San Jose, California, to San Diego.
Ontario International Airport adopted the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in June as a tool for travelers with disabilities who may need assistance and extra time when moving through the airport. Travelers can request a Sunflower lanyard in either of the airport’s terminals to notify airport employees of a disability.
