San Francisco welcomed a 12-story property three blocks away from Moscone Center in the South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood, adding a convenient lodging option for planners hosting an event at the convention center. The hotel features 194 guest rooms—and two penthouse suites—Shelby’s Rooftop for cocktails and downtown views, and 8,000 square feet of function space across 10 meeting rooms. There are also private dining options in Shelby’s alongside The Velvet Room, for up to 34 attendees, and the Mezzanine Bar & Lounge, for up to 80.
