As of Jan. 1, 2024, the Palm Springs Surf Club opened featuring a state-of-the-art wave pool, lazy river, an on-site restaurant, private lessons, and cabana rentals. The club was designed by professional surfers including Kalani Robb, Cheyne Magnusson, Tom Lochtfeld, Eric Muñoz, alongside Pono Partners LLC, a business acquisition and development company.

The wave pool is designed using Surf Loch technology to recreate surf breaks from across the globe, catering well to all skill levels. On-site cabana rentals are available for up to eight people each, outfitted with misters and fans to keep cool under the hot desert sun, as well as flat-screen TVs and plush loungers. Private surf lessons are also available to book and feature wave profiles (wave types) that are not offered publicly.

After a day spent sunbathing and surfing, gather your group at Amala for a quick bite. The restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating with endless views of the nearby San Jacinto Mountains. The dining menu is curated by Chef Mondragon, and Amala also offers a craft cocktail program for unique drinks. The restaurant can host private parties and gatherings in its on-site event space, as well.

Poolside, Drifters features outdoor dining featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. There is also a full bar with a creative beverage program for specialty cocktails. An additional option for cocktails and beer is the Island Bar, also poolside.
