Destination management company RMC—headquartered in Basalt, Colorado—added Orange County to its collection of destinations in August. RMC’s other California service areas include Big Sur, Carmel, Healdsburg, Lake Tahoe, the Monterey Peninsula, and Napa/Sonoma in Northern California and Ojai and Santa Barbara in Southern California, among others. The company is known for having locally based staff in each destination, as well as creating immersive experiences with regional flair.
“We’re thrilled to introduce RMC to Orange County, California,” says RMC Chief Growth Officer Dominic Venn-Lever. “This market has been on our radar for quite some time, and opening here feels like the perfect next step in our journey. With its stunning coastal destinations, vibrant culture, and world-class hospitality, Orange County is an ideal match for RMC’s elevated service and innovative approach. As we listen to the voices of hotel partners and clients, we continue our path of thoughtful and purposeful growth, always aiming to build lasting relationships and create unforgettable experiences. We are beyond excited to showcase everything Orange County has to offer—the RMC way!”

Founded in 1989, RMC assists planners with tasks like securing off-site venues, organizing team-building adventures, crafting event design, arranging staffing, booking entertainment, and more, with a specialty of infusing regional culture into all event aspects. The company has designed destination-forward corporate events with themes such as “Lunch Among the Vines” in Napa, “Gatsby Glam” in Healdsburg, and “To the Moon” in the Lake Tahoe region. With the new service in Orange County, planners can look to enlist RMC’s team to help incorporate some of the area’s iconic coastal flair into gatherings.
