Hakkasan will honor the Chinese “Wishing Tree” tradition this year with a special menu available February 8 through March 1.
All Hakkasan locations are inviting guests to share their 2015 hopes by writing their wishes on ribbons and placing them in restaurants. Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas will also display a wishing tree in their venue. Wishes will be collected nightly and randomly displayed on LED screens in the main room of the nightclub and will also be shared on their website.
Hakkasan San Francisco’s meal menu will include its traditional dishes in addition to a Chinese New Year selection. The menu features small plates, including a lamb wrap, in addition to other selections. The main course menu will feature spicy prawns and grilled Chilean sea bass, among others. A desert selection also will be included and will include chocolate, caramelized macadamia in addition to cocktails for after the meal.
The New Year menu will be sold individually at $138.88, with A La Carte items individually priced at $20.88.
