Located in Rohnert Park, just north of San Francisco in Sonoma County, and featuring a fresh wine country-inspired menu, Bistro 101 is now open at Graton Resort & Casino. Lead by Chef John Trunk, the restaurant serves elevated American fare with French inspirations.
“Bistro 101’s menu focuses on ‘American brasserie meets wine country casual fare,’” describes Trunk. “‘American brasserie’ is a nod to the French association of the word ‘bistro’ and the Americana interpretation of that style of food. ‘Wine country casual’ is an acknowledgement of Bistro 101’s approachable nature, location, and enhanced food and service standards.”
Group reservations are available for attendees to dine on menu items including a Seared Ahi Tuna Reuben, Monster Smashburger, Bistro 101 Steak Frites, and more. “Private dining options will become available late spring or early summer with the opening of Bistro 101’s themed cocktail area that will become a destination for social interaction, music, and live entertainment,” Trunk adds.
The resort itself offers 20,000 square feet of function space and an on-site events team to assist with event design and coordination, customized catering menus, audiovisual rentals, and more. The property is owned and operated by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria and features a variety of table games, slot machines, and entertainment.
