Malibu Pier Restaurant and Bar has just announced a new dining experience for its guests with brunch and lunch menus. Chef Jason Fullilove created the menus, which offer a set of dishes that reflect the restaurant’s essence of serving fresh, seasonal fare, with an emphasis on seafood and its many offerings to the historic Malibu Pier.
The brunch menu, which will be available for guests from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, features a house smoked salmon benedict, yellowfin tuna, California Sea Bass Crudo and more.
The lunch menu, which is available during the week, includes a surfrider chicken sandwich, wild king salmon, Malibu fennel salad, marinated tofu and mizuna, and other items. The lunch menu will also be featuring select desserts. On-tap wine, craft cocktails and craft beers are available on the lunch menu as well.
