San Diego’s Lafayette Hotel & Club in North Park debuted its $31 million renovation by Consortium Holdings Projects, a San Diego-based hospitality group known for creating some of the city’s most interesting and notable restaurants and bars. The hotel’s renovation features upgrades to 141 guest rooms, a lobby space, and the pool, as well as two new restaurants, a vintage bowling alley, cocktail bar, game room, and new pool bar. The hotel has capacity for larger group room blocks and private events of six or more.
