Brandini Toffee in Palm Springs developed from a pair of high school students’ sweet memories of visiting Italy on a class trip—the parents of founder Brandon Weimer and a childhood friend had asked them to earn half the cost of their trip, and a homegrown toffee business was their choice to fundraise.
“Brandini Toffee has since grown into a full-time family business with a passionate dedication to making the best toffee products,” Weimer explains. “Our toffee is handmade from U.S. Grade AA creamery butter and pure cane sugar, one small batch at a time.” In addition to its home base in Palm Springs, Brandini has two other brick-and-mortar retail locations in Desert Hills and Rancho Mirage.
