Stefan Calvaruso founded Foodelicious Tours in 2021 to highlight the rich and diverse food-forward landscape of San Diego. The company takes groups around the city’s neighborhoods to explore restaurants, breweries, and distilleries—with additional options like an art walk tour that leads attendees to art galleries and street murals throughout the city.

“Our private and team-building tours offer guests the chance to discover personalized San Diego adventures,” says Calvaruso. “We tailor our private tours to match each group’s tastes and passions, ensuring unforgettable experiences.” Planners can choose one of the established public tours or customize an itinerary.

Public tour options include “Libations on the East Side,” a culinary tour of the city’s East Village neighborhood with stops at four outlets; “North Park Beerucation Tour,” a craft brewery tour of the North Park neighborhood; and “An Art Walk Through the Barrio,” a tour of the Barrio Logan’s notable street murals, art galleries, and eateries. Each public tour is typically capped at 15 attendees, although private bookings can be expanded to accommodate more.
