Chili Piper has launched a B2B events solution, which will help events organizers and sponsors book, manage and track individual and group meetings during any event. The solution, called Chili Piper Events, is an online service that allows companies to fill up their reps calendar with meetings, schedule and manage the attendance of their guests at dinners, happy hours and presentations, and manage all resources and availability in real time.

"Events are large investments by organizers and sponsors. Holding meetings with prospects is key to getting a return on the investment," says Nicolas Vandenberghe, CEO and co-founder of Chili Piper. "That's what Chili Piper Events enables. Equally importantly, Chili Piper makes the experience of the prospects much more pleasant, so they're more likely to become buyers. We call this 'buyer enablement.'"

Until now, scheduling and managing meetings has been very time consuming for events managers, Vandenberghe says. "In addition, they often struggle to attribute new deals to these meetings. Chili Piper Events solves these problems," he adds.

Chili Piper Events is used to book meetings, so it can be used for bookings with consumers as well as with companies.

The widely recognized Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa, & Convention Center of Branson, Missouri, has captured the coveted “Best of MidAmerica Award” from Meetings Today magazine. Readers of the magazine determined recipients of the award, voting on a handful of the top MidAmerica meeting sites based off of quality of meeting space, guest rooms, services and amenities, food and beverage offerings, staff, availability of technical equipment, recreational facilities and activities, and overall experience.

 

Oklahoma City officials recently unveiled the MAPS 3 Oklahoma City Convention Center’s new brand featuring a colorful, high-energy logo.
