A second property from Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle portfolio, is coming to Denver in 2024. The Kimpton Claret Hotel is set to open in the up-and-coming Belleview Station neighborhood this spring. The highly anticipated, 19-story property will feature 190 guest rooms, four suites, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, in addition to a ground-floor restaurant, rooftop bar, and 180-degree views of the Rocky Mountains.

Taking inspiration from Fortune 500 companies and tech startups across Denver, Kimpton Claret will offer a unique, elevated experience when it comes to meetings and events, be it a business meeting, cocktail reception, or social soiree. An indoor/outdoor terrace and ballroom will be available for hosting, along with personalized catering from the hotel’s in-house culinary team.

Urban charm combines with sprawling natural landscapes to serve as a unique backdrop for any occasion—the property gets its name from the vibrant shade of claret red found throughout the state, from springtime blossoms to the stunning mountainside alpenglow.

Belleview Station is a destination of its own, and Kimpton Claret will fit right in alongside the neighborhood’s growing tech, dining, and retail sectors. The surrounding area offers something for all guests—explore Cherry Creek State Park, head to an open-air concert at Fiddler’s Green, or do some shopping at Park Meadows. With easy light-rail access to all downtown Denver has to offer, the hotel will serve as a point of convergence for visitors and locals alike.

“The Kimpton Claret team is dedicated to providing our guests unparalleled service, amenities, and experiences, and we look forward to becoming a cultural hub for locals, frequent visitors, and newcomers,” General Manager Keith Siebenaler says in a prepared statement. “With close proximity to downtown Denver and sweeping views of the Front Range, our hotel is poised to offer the best of Colorado.”
