The Art Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton, celebrates its 10th birthday this year with a summer lineup of events and experiences that reflect the art- and community-centered legacy of the hotel’s founder, Lanny Martin. The Art Hotel Denver also is partnering with Art from Ashes, a Denver nonprofit focused on empowering youth through poetry and art. A portion of proceeds received from these anniversary activations will go directly to the nonprofit. Planners hosting events at the property this summer might get attendees in on the action by incorporating the activations into their event agendas, or meeting-goers can take advantage of the offerings in their free time between meetings.
Among the anniversary experiences is the 10-Year Chef’s Table Series, a collection of three exclusive chef’s table dinners at the hotel’s Fire Restaurant & Lounge, during which a menu of elevated Western fare is served with regional wine pairings. The first dinner in the series will take place on June 13, with the other two occurring on July 11 and August 15. For every table sold, $10 will be donated to Art from Ashes. Additionally, the hotel will offer a special anniversary cocktail, The Starry Night, and will donate $1 for each one sold.
For a bit of rejuvenation between networking sessions, attendees staying at the hotel can take part in the Summer Yoga & Brunch Series, taking place on June 14, July 12 and 26, and August 9, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. The yoga program will be led by practitioners from The River Yoga, a Denver yoga studio, and tickets are $30 per person with $10 donated to Art from Ashes for each ticket sold. A complimentary brunch is served following the yoga session.
Summer-long offerings include exclusive cocktail deals, Yappy Hour Sundays (dog-friendly happy hour on the patio at Fire Restaurant & Lounge), and Sunset Sessions (live music on Friday evenings at Fire Restaurant & Lounge).
