“We are delighted to welcome Alexia to The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, family” says Brad Mills, general manager of the hotel, in a prepared statement. “Her proven track record within Marriott International, combined with her deep understanding of the Denver market, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. We are confident that her innovative approach and dedication to excellence will further elevate our brand and guest experiences.”

A Denver native, Zambrano began her hospitality career in 2017 at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, also in Colorado. Here, she served as a vacation planner and then as a marketing coordinator. She then moved to the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora in 2019 where she served as marketing coordinator and marketing manager, after which she stepped into the role of group marketing manager with the Gaylord Hotels brand marketing and creative team.

“I am incredibly excited to join The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, a landmark of luxury and exceptional service,” says Zambrano. “Returning to The Ritz-Carlton brand feels like coming home, and I am eager to contribute to the hotel’s continued success.” Her primary duty in this new role is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the property’s brand presence, drive revenue, and cultivate lasting relationships with guests.
