Greeley-based 477 Distilling has opened a tasting room in downtown Loveland serving up cocktails made with small-batch vodka, gin, and whiskey, all thoughtfully crafted with regional ingredients and unique flavors. The menu includes old-fashioneds and spiced pear mules, while signature drinks such as the Act Your Sage feature the distillery’s Orange Barrel and Lemondrop spirits accented by pear syrup, sage, and lime juice.
Or, try a Life Hands You Lemons flight featuring a base of the distillery’s Lemondrop liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in four variations: guava, oolong, honeysuckle, and blueberry lavender. The new tasting room shares space with sister company Oak + Maple, which crafts sweet and savory gourmet waffles. The Oreo Delight will satiate any sweet tooth, while the Jalapeno Popper and Chili & Cornbread are a jolt to the senses.
