Prost Brewing Co. has opened a 10,000-square-foot Biergarten in the Northglenn Marketplace in Northglenn, representing the first portion of the company’s plans to open a nearly 60,000-square-foot production facility in the shopping center. The location is Prost’s fourth Biergarten—these spaces are known for elevated German cuisine and beers that honor German and Austrian brewing traditions.
Groups can tap into the large community gathering space and a menu of traditional German fare such as shareable sausage boards with sauerkraut and mustard, authentic pretzels from Colorado-based XLVII’s Bakery LLC with fontina fondue and German mustard, and bratwurst cooked in Prost’s Vienna Lager. In addition, the Biergarten has an outdoor area with a stage and lawn games that can be booked for private gatherings.
