The Oxford Hotel and the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek both made the 2014 Reader’s Choice List in the Best Hotels in the West category. In addition to ranking hotels, the survey also ranks cities, airlines, resorts and more. Close to 77,000 readers voted in the 2014 awards.
“We are very excited to have these two amazing Denver hotels once again be honored by one of the world’s top travel magazines,” said Walter Isenberg, president and CEO of Sage. “Both The Oxford and the JW Marriott Denver are very focused on offering guests a unique lodging experience and excellent customer service. This is a wonderful recognition of that commitment.”
A historic landmark in Denver, the Oxford opened in 1891 and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition to its 80 guest rooms, the hotel also features an extensive collection of Western American Art.
Coincidentally, art is also a prominent feature at the JW Marriott Denver. The hotel holds a collection of more than 600 pieces of art from local Colorado artists. For accommodations, the JW Marriott Denver offers 196 guest rooms.
