By M+E Staff

To celebrate the completion of their ballroom renvoations, Hyatt Hotels in downtown Denver are offering free WiFi in their ballrooms for events booked before Dec. 31 and held before Dec. 30, 2016. Planners must book a minimum of 50 rooms on peak nights. Additionally, all 1,600 guest rooms in Denver’s downtown meeting and event space have been updated and include free WiFi access as well.

“We are proud of the work and attention to detail and functionality that is going into these new Denver meeting venues,” said Mark Stiebeling, Grand Hyatt Denver general manager.

“Even if a planner has chosen the Mile High City for a conference recently, when they return, they will find an entirely new meeting option available to them,” added Greg Leonard, Hyatt Regency Denver general manager.

Hyatt Regency Denver is remodeling their Centennial and Capitol Ballrooms, along with other meeting space totaling 60,600 square feet. Designers Rowland + Broughton are bringing inspiration from Colorado to the space, while modern furniture will compliment the design. Even the hotel foyer will have the ability to change based on need for meetings.

The Grand Hyatt Denver is renovating their Aspen and Colorado Ballrooms, formerly known as Grand and Imperial. The renovation also includes the foyers and meeting rooms. The updates will include artwork, and floor and wall coverings inspired by the city’s urban grid. Natural materials will complement the light fixtures and statement door entries will welcome guests.
