Denver’s Curtis a Doubletree by Hilton Completed Renovation

By M+E Staff

The Curtis, a DoubleTree by Hilton in Denver, announced the completion of its $7 million renovation and redesigned guest rooms and lobby expansion. Included in the upgrade are 13 “hyper themed” suites featuring custom art by native Colorado artists, flooring and décor.

“We really wanted to let the hotel’s funky personality shine through even brighter with this renovation,” said Curtis’ leading lady, JoAnn Elston. “Our new lobby features a lot more seating and is a much more relaxing place for guests to gather.”

The hotel redesigned every guest room with new furniture, custom artwork, carpeting, drapery and bedding, as well as a refrigerator and a safe. In addition to the “hyper themed” guest rooms, The Curtis introduced two new one-bedroom suites that complement its existing Rolling Stone Suite- the KISS Suite and its Spice Girls Suite. Each room features 800 square feet of space with a living room, master bedroom and rock star furniture and décor. The lobby was expanded and includes complimentary coffee service and a business center.
