Two new faces will join the staff at Madeline Hotel and Residences in Telluride. Duncan Hogarth will assume the position of general manager while Amanda Hess will be the new director of residence services.
“By appointing Duncan and Amanda into these key roles, the property is continuing to reinforce a core goal of enhancing the employee and guest experience,” says Scott Pickert, senior vice president with Northview Hotel Group. “Their passion for the hospitality industry and engaging with the local community, along with the support of their on-site teams will be a perfect fit here in Telluride.”
Hogarth has more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently as managing director of Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands. In his new position he will be in charge of all operations.
Hess previously worked as the residential services manager at St. Regis Deer Valley. Now, at the Madeline, she will coordinate with the rental management program focusing on owner experience at the 71 Madeline residences.
