The Ranch Events Complex, Loveland’s largest venue, has several proposed upgrades on the horizon, including the construction of a convention center, a 150- to 300-room hotel, and a 130,000-square-foot event plaza at Blue Arena.
The existing Great Lawn also will be expanded with the addition of a 2,500-seat outdoor amphitheater. In late December, The Ranch announced the acquisition of more than 70 acres of land directly north for campus expansion.
