MC&A—a destination management company based in Honolulu and part of the international JTB Americas Group headquartered in Torrance, California—acquired Denver-based Imprint Events Group in February. Imprint will continue to operate as an independent company, with Adriane Hodder remaining president and Nicole Marsh assuming the chief operating officer role, overseeing business operations alongside other MC&A leadership, with Eduardo Kina continuing as MC&A’s CEO.
