By activating empty properties as event spaces, Non Plus Ultra gives groups and communities new ways to experience what are often landmark buildings.Recently, The Broadway and Lake View Room joined Non Plus Ultra’s growing Denver portfolio.
» The Broadway offers 12,000 square feet of open, contemporary space. Neutral tones are punctuated by eclectic ceiling and lighting elements, and garage doors open onto a western-facing patio. The former food hall can host up to 450 and includes several commercial kitchens and bars.
» Lake View Room, part of Denver Firefighters Union Hall, has a modern and industrial look with brick, steel, and wood. The 4,200-square-foot venue can host up to 300 and has a kitchen, bar, and patio with fireplaces overlooking Lake Rhoda.
Non Plus Ultra also has teamed up with Gart Properties to make better use of several spaces at Denver Pavilions by installing immersive experiences such as The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience and Verse: Art of The Future, a holographic gallery.
