Destination Colorado Meetings has announced the recipients of its Peak Performer Awards for last year. The awards celebrate outstanding member contributions to the organization and the broader meetings and events industry.
The Broadmoor was named Company of the Year for supporting the organization’s events and marketing efforts, including the Customer Appreciation Event in Colorado Springs last September. The hotel also provided a board member, Chrissie Widhalm, its senior sales manager, who joined the Destination Colorado Meetings board this year. Dean Savoca, owner of Savoca Performance Group in Denver, was presented the Individual of the Year award. Serving on the board of directors since 2021, Savoca uses his expertise to spearhead organizational planning.
