To celebrate 20 years in downtown Denver, Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center (CCC) is undergoing a complete transformation of its 1,100 guest rooms and suites, corridors, and elevator landings. The renovation represents a $70 million investment with completion slated for March. The updated rooms will feature all new hard and soft goods made of natural materials like wood, stone, porcelain, and vegan leather, reflecting the city’s natural outdoor beauty. The hotel has 60,600 square feet of event space and a prime location near CCC, making the property ideal for large groups.
“This renovation is more than a refresh, it’s a thoughtful reinvention of our guest experience,” says General Manager Greg Leonard. “Our team, along with our exceptional area partners, has created spaces that reflect what travelers today value most: calmness, comfort, a sense of place, and genuine connection to the community.”
