Sean Huggard Pivots From Seafood to Italian

The restaurant’s 1,200-square-foot enclosed terrace is ideal for group gatherings any time of year

Oliver’s Italian in Greenwood Village is the newest venture of Sean Huggard, known for Shucking Good Hospitality and Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood, with locations in Cherry Creek North and Lone Tree. Opened in October, the menu at Oliver’s Italian is a celebration of all things Italian, from authentic Roman-style pinsas and pastas to fresh oysters and clams from the raw bar. The beverage program includes a negroni bar with five variations on the classic Italian aperitivo and sampler options. House-crafted cocktails, a selection of spritzes and Italian wines, Peroni beer on draft, local beers, and Italian sodas round out the offerings.
