Viewline Resort Snowmass, a newly renovated property in Snowmass Village, has hired Craig Waterman (left)as complex general manager and John Hearns (right) as director of operations.
Waterman, a 36-year veteran in the hospitality industry, oversees all daily operations at Viewline Resort Snowmass, Wildwood Snowmass, and Viewline Event Center. In previous roles, he served as general manager at Snow King Resort & Grandview Residences in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, vice president of opening and transitions for Two Roads Hospitality, and managing director at Parker New York.
Hearns brings vast industry knowledge to his role managing the food and beverage teams, spa services, and guest programming. Hearns began his hospitality career with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Miami before moving to The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua to lead the operations excellence team and later manage the award-winning Taverna Restaurant.
