Metro Denver residents will have a new gathering space as Stanley Marketplace plans to open its doors within the former Stanley Aviation headquarters at 2501 Dallas Street Aurora late next year.
Stanley Marketplace is comprised of more than 100,000 square feet on 22 acres, and will feature a restaurant and beer garden operated by esteemed Denver chef and restaurateur Kevin Taylor, as well as a community park, indoor/outdoor event venue, office space and a wide array of dining, shopping and recreational options. Stanley will be home to a unique mix of offerings from both well-known and smaller, independent Colorado retailers.
“Get ready for the best urban marketplace, not just in Aurora or Stapleton, but in all of Colorado. Stanley Marketplace promises to be a unique blend of quality retail and dining establishments located in a truly historical place,” said Aurora Mayor Steve Hogan. “I am thrilled that this will be a standout amenity for both Aurora and Stapleton neighborhoods, and I’m confident Stanley Marketplace will become a regional destination.”
Flightline Ventures, a Stapleton-based firm comprised of longtime neighborhood residents who saw a need for a community-based marketplace, is behind the development of Stanley Marketplace.
