The Remedy at Vail’s Four Seasons Resort & Residences bar and lounge recently underwent a $2.5 million renovation and had a grand opening on July 6, 2015. The menu features seasonal artisanal flatbreads, small dishes, local produce, and Colorado meats and cheeses.
“We’re excited to introduce the new cocktail lounge to locals and guests alike,” said Mark Herron, general manager for Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. “After extensive local feedback, The Remedy has been designed to be “Vail’s bar.”
The drink menu will include a selection of seasonal taps featuring Colorado craft beer and house-made cocktails. There will be an extensive wine list, showcasing by-the-glass sommelier options and the après Whiskey Cart will feature a widespread collection of whiskeys. Another addition to The Remedy is the “Doctor of Drinks” providing tableside cocktails made-to-order.
The drinking and dining destination features many lounging options and the center of the bar showcases a large zinc bar with mountain views. Additionally, The Remedy offers an outdoor patio complete with ample seating and custom fire pits.
Décor at The Remedy includes custom-made furnishings and light fixtures. The use of white marble, walnut wood, saddle leather and industrial metal creates an inviting space that blends well with the surrounding architecture.
Private parties and events with small or large groups can be accommodated with additional lounge areas throughout the space. Communal dining tables, high tops and casual sofas are all fitting for a group event. For entertainment, turn to the 165” TV for sports viewing or enjoy music from local musicians and DJs during happy hour all year long.
