Triple Creek Ranch in Darby, Montana, has named Molly Smith and Kristen Snavely co-general managers of the all-inclusive luxury property situated in the Bitterroot Valley. Smith is returning to Triple Creek Ranch after a brief hiatus. Previously serving as GM for four years after working her way up from pastry chef, she has since perfected her skills at The Inn at Hastings Park in Massachusetts, another Relais & Châteaux property.
Snavely’s appointment is the culmination of 24 years of service to Triple Creek Ranch, most recently working as assistant general manager and previously overseeing the horseback riding program and grounds.

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley in Colorado has hired Danielle McNair as director of sales and marketing and Catherine Dierolf as a leisure sales manager.
McNair joins The Westin Riverfront from Viceroy Snowmass, another luxury Colorado resort managed by East West Hospitality and where she most recently served as director of business development. Her diverse hospitality experience includes roles in catering, event design and sales and marketing at several top Colorado companies, including Vail Resorts, Vail Valley Partnership and Sonnenalp Resort of Vail. McNair has lived in the Vail Valley for more than 20 years and holds the Certified Hospitality Sales Professional Certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
Dierolf previously spent more than six years working for Vail Resorts, starting as a certified snowboard instructor before becoming a leisure hospitality sales coordinator.
The Westin Riverfront features 230 guest residences and 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space as well as amenities such as Spa Anjali, an athletic club and a year-round outdoor pool and three infinity hot tubs.
