After working as an environmental engineer, Shannon Ullmann shifted gears and founded Elevation Mountain Grown Herbal Tea in Hotchkiss. On a 5-acre farm, her family grows 17 ingredients—including hibiscus, chamomile, lavender, mint, strawberries, and more—and sources fruits like apples and pears from nearby First Fruits Organic Orchards to craft, package, and sell herbal blended teas. Take tours and buy teas with names like Maroon Bells Blend and Sunlight Peak Blend on-site, purchase online, or buy at a variety of Colorado retailers.

Grand series wines will be available as they release in Carboy’s four tasting rooms (also including Breckenridge, Denver, and Littleton), online, and at select retailers.
