According to the Boulder-based Brewers Association, Colorado ranks No. 4 in the U.S. for the number of breweries per capita. But why limit your group’s exposure to Colorado brews to simply sampling the suds when you can treat your crew to a beer spa? Two of the newest in the state are a second location of Denver-based Oakwell Beer Spa in Highlands Ranch and the Bohemian Bier Spa, set to open this August in Glenwood Springs.
At Oakwell Beer Spa, attendees might unwind in the self-serve taproom, detox in an infrared sauna, soak in a bubbly beer bath, and savor a full-body massage in a zero-gravity massage chair. Beer, wine, cider, and nonalcoholic beverages are served in the taproom, and customizable group spa packages are available. Oakwell Beer Spa can host “garage parties” for groups, connecting two rooms via an open garage door, and the new Highlands Ranch location has an event-friendly patio.
