Signature Drink- Breckenberry Smash
Mixologists at Grand Hyatt Denver’s recently introduced Fireside – The Bar used a new Colorado spirit as the heart of this tasty concoction. Located in the lobby, Fireside is part of a $28 million redesign of the downtown Denver property.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Breckenridge bourbon
.75 oz. limoncello
.25 oz. lemon juice
.25 oz. agave nectar
2 strawberries
2 blackberries
2 dashes celery bitters
orange twist
CREATE:
Combine lemon juice, agave, blackberries, and strawberries in shaker.
Muddle berries, then add limoncello, bourbon and celery bitters.
Shake vigorously and double strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
