In early June, Cvent named Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center the No. 2 Top Meeting Hotel in North America. The globally recognized Cvent Top Meeting Hotels list spotlights properties that set themselves apart by delivering outstanding group experiences through thoughtful event planner collaboration, exceptional service, and tailored event offerings. Rankings are determined based on sourcing and request-for-proposal (RFP) activity through the Cvent Supplier Network, one of the world’s largest venue-sourcing platforms.

Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center continues to set the standard for meetings and conventions in Colorado, offering planners a destination designed specifically to bring people together at scale. Located on 85 acres just minutes from Denver International Airport, the resort features 554,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including exhibit halls, ballrooms, and breakout rooms that accommodate everything from executive retreats to large corporate conventions. Beyond the convention experience, attendees have access to a fully integrated resort environment with diverse dining, wellness offerings, outdoor event venues, and entertainment experiences that encourage connection long after meetings conclude. Its proximity to both downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains also gives groups access to some of Colorado’s most sought-after attractions and outdoor experiences.

Gaylord Rockies’ recognition by Cvent reflects the resort’s continued focus on service, planner collaboration, and seamless event execution. Dedicated teams across sales, event management, catering, production, and technology work closely with planners throughout every stage of the process to create customized and efficient experiences. Exclusive to Gaylord Hotels, Event Experience Managers known as “Teal Coats” serve as dedicated, on-site contacts throughout each program, helping ensure events run smoothly from arrival through departure.

“The Cvent Top Lists have become an essential resource for the global meetings and events industry—giving event planners a trusted, data-driven view of the destinations, hotels, venues, and suppliers best equipped to bring their events to life,” says Bharet Malhotra, Cvent executive vice president, in a prepared statement. “With more than $20 billion in group business sourced through Cvent’s platforms last year, these rankings reflect real market demand and planner sourcing trends. They allow our venue and destination partners to celebrate their success and understand where they stand in an increasingly competitive landscape. Congratulations to Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center on this well-deserved recognition.”
