In the hotel service industry, her employment has spanned nearly every department including front office, housekeeping, meetings, reservations coordinator, sales, and more. Prior to The Peabody and being selected as a new sales team member for The Broadmoor, Flagg worked for Hilton Garden Inn in Memphis for nearly two years.
