Located at the base of Vail Mountain and alongside Gore Creek, Grand Hyatt Vail has a fair-weather programming lineup that is sure to impress groups.
Returning seasonal experiences at Grand Hyatt Vail include fly-fishing on Gore Creek, guided nature walks, s’mores kits for use at the main firepit, bike tours through Venture Sports, ax throwing with Wood & Steel Axe Company, and alpine-inspired spa services at The Spa at Grand Hyatt Vail. If attendees are bringing pets, considering booking a meeting in tandem with Yappy Hour on Thursdays.
New for this summer and fall is Llamaste, a llama yoga experience that combines the ancient practice of yoga with the calming presence of llamas. As participants arrive, the gentle sounds of Gore Creek, the large grass lawn, and awe-inspiring mountain vistas set the tone for this seasonal experience at Grand Hyatt Vail. The remaining Llamaste dates are Aug. 19 and Sept. 23.
For small groups seeking a divine culinary experience, consider the al fresco Creekside Culinary Series. The series features a reimagined multicourse menu by new Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy and his culinary team that is served in tandem with wine pairings. Offered on Aug. 19 and Sept. 16, this intimate dining experience seats 20 and begins at 5:30 p.m. with an aperitif that is followed by dinner at 6 p.m.
Or schedule private dining experiences at any time for groups of two to 12 in the comfort of the resort’s private dining room featuring mountain views. Indulge in a custom five-course menu paired with fine wines with elegant floral décor and a champagne sabering experience included.
The Grand Hyatt Vail opened in summer 2019 as the second Grand Hyatt hotel in Colorado and the first in a U.S. mountain resort destination. The 285-room, ski-in/ski-out resort is located within the Cascade Village neighborhood.
