The St. Regis Aspen Resort and three partners are offering groups and leisure guests new options for savoring premium coffee and traveling to Aspen in style.
The Snow Lodge, the on-site supper club and entertainment venue at The St. Regis Aspen Resort, and Italian coffee company illy Caffè, are offering six weeks of activations from Feb. 13 through March 24. During this timeframe, guests of The Snow Lodge and The St. Regis can enjoy illy in the Fountain Courtyard as well as the supper club, which will host the illy Everyday Cafe Pop-Up that is serving coffee and espresso drinks, light breakfast bites, and pastries. Don’t miss trying the signature Melting Snow, a warm dark chocolate caffe mocha topped with a layer of lightly sweetened, cold milk froth.
A new Italian menu with Tuscan-inspired dishes also is available at the supper club. During the après ski seating and nightly dinner, two versions of The Snow Lodge’s popular espresso martini (with a choice of vodka or tequila) will be served using illy espresso. For dessert, Chef Robert Sieber has created a tiramisu recipe with illy espresso grounds, mascarpone, and ladyfingers.
To plug into Aspen’s ski-town vibe, check out the illy Courtyard experience featuring espresso-based cocktails, an illy-branded gondola, a fire pit, and custom ski racks.
On the transportation front and beyond, aviation company XO and The St. Regis Aspen Resort are collaborating to provide private aviation access for travels to Aspen, resort benefits, and events. XO members can book an entire private jet or individual seats on a shared flight via a mobile app or private aviation advisors and enjoy elevated service throughout the trip.
