Lake Austin Spa Resort is recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as the #2 Destination Spa Resort in the world and #1 Destination Spa Resort in the U.S. in the 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards. Adjacent from a nature preserve, the property is fixed among the Texas Hill Country. Located just outside of Austin with easy accessibility by water taxi or car, the resort is the only waterfront destination spa in the world.

“We are incredibly honored to be recognized by Condé Nast Traveler and its readers as one of the top ten wellness resorts for more than ten years in a row. When Billy Rucks and Mike McAdams purchased this property in 1997, they knew it had potential to be best in class, and we are so humbled that our guests also feel the same. We are proud and so thankful to our staff and guests for this great achievement,” says Janis Clapoff, managing director of Lake Austin Spa Resort.

The resort offers all-inclusive vacation packages, which include accommodations in one of 40 charming lakeside guest rooms, daily gourmet meals, indoor and outdoor fitness activities, and a selection of spa treatments.

“Lake Austin Spa Resort would be great for a corporate retreat or a visit after a long workweek. It is a place to discount and reconnect with yourself or co-workers. The award-winning luxury resort is helping businesses reimagine methods for improving a company’s performance, via creative and innovative activities on the water,” explains Clapoff.

Anchorage is a city like none other—making it a popular choice for hosting meetings and events.

Through the tall windows of the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage, meeting attendees can gaze out toward Cook Inlet, which stretches all the way to the Gulf of Alaska and toward mountains—some snow-capped—representing several ranges. They may even see an eagle fly by or see one of the 1,500 moose that are said to roam Alaska’s largest city. It’s easy to see why it’s said that Anchorage is a city like none other in the United States.
