Sometimes, the best way for your team to bond is to pretend you're all kids again. At Club Getaway, everyone is encouraged to leave the work at the office to fully enjoy the childlike wonder at this camp for adults. A singles resort since 1976, Club Getaway was purchased by David Schreiber and his wife, who turned the property into a camp for adults.

Just like your favorite childhood summer camp, Club Getaway serves to build friendships and strengthen connections with colleagues. Activities range from adventure and water sports to boozie activities and an aerial park. Whether you're into extreme sports like mountain biking and zip lining or more low-key creative activities like color wars and paint & sip, there is guaranteed to be an activity for you.

Get to know your coworkers with archery tag, disco workouts or axe throwing, which will surely give you something to talk about on a quiet Monday morning in the office. In addition to classic summer camp activities, there are also themed happy hours and dance parties that are anything but a corporate meeting.

In addition to adult camps and private events, Club Getaway also hosts family camps, youth programs, weddings and other adventures. Most guests stay for two nights to get the most out of the resort during its busiest time of the week, Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Club Getaway is open May to October each year.

"This unique summer camp experience is all about making organic connections and experiences," Schreiber says.
