• Dos Rios Teamed Up With PRO EM Party & Event Rentals

Texas-based Dos Rios has announced the recapitalization of PRO EM Party & Event Rentals—a mutually beneficial partnership for both parties.

“Dos Rios is thrilled to team up with PRO EM Party & Event Rentals,” says Kevin Benoit, partner, Dos Rios Partners. “PRO EM’s leadership position in the event rental market, strong financial performance, current partnerships in local and regional festivals as well as in professional sports and collegiate athletics allow for tremendous growth potential in the event industry and were all keys influencing Dos Rios to invest in this company.”

PRO EM's leadership will remain the same, with Amir Glogau serving as the company chairman and Brandy Castro as president and CEO.

“This recapitalization allows PRO EM to continue to grow and pursue synergistic acquisition opportunities in adjacent markets,” said Amir Glogau, chairman, PRO EM Party & Event Rentals. “We are actively looking to expand our menu of services beyond the Southwest and into other large event markets.”

“Brady Castro has served Pro EM for over 18 years and has demonstrated leadership and creative thinking in every role he has had in the company over those years,” says Glogau. “After acting as the Company’s COO for the past two years, I am excited to see Brady take the position of President and CEO to lead the company to its next peak.”

PRO EM was created as a full-service source for events of all sizes. They serve three different units, which are event management, event rentals and commercial services. The company has a 250,000 square-foot headquarters, and they offer a wide variety of services, and equipment for any event. This can include everything from security to furniture to heating and cooling units.

The Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) led a coalition of business groups and their communities to drive support to the industry, for SB 8, the federal pandemic relief bill that included $180 million for local hospitality and tourism businesses.

There, she helped to elevate the city as a destination for recreation travelers and business groups. After 7 years of planning, the VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center is now open in downtown Muskegon. The official ribbon cutting took place on April 12, 2021.
