Flavored Nation, a new live experience that highlights the most iconic food from each of all 50 states, will be hosted at St. Louis' Dome at America's Center from Oct. 27-29. GateHouse Media, along with Richard Gore, will work together to produce this event for food-lovers across the nation. After conducting extensive research to identify each state's most iconic food, 12,000 attendees will be able to taste the 50 dishes all at one event.
In the up-and-coming east Austin area in Texas, ARRIVE Hotels & Restaurants is building a new boutique hotel. Located on the corner of East 6th and Chicon St., this will be ARRIVE's second location. The new hotel will have 83 rooms and will open in the spring of 2019.

Downtown Denver’s Kimpton Hotel Monaco has appointed two new members to their team: Victoria Noe as director of catering and Brittany Gripp as group sales manager. Noe and Gripp have years of experience in management from local Denver properties.
Provenance Hotels is opening a new hotel, Dossier, in downtown Portland. The 205-room hotel is slated to open in the summer of 2017 and will be located at SW Park Ave. and SW Alder St. The property will have an intimate feel and provide a place of refuge for busy travelers.
