If the on-the-edge-of-your-seat basketball games or endless events around Minneapolis aren't enough to keep you interested in the NCAA Final Four tournament this weekend, the newly announced menu items sure will be. U.S. Bank Stadium's food and beverage provider, Aramark, just released its Final Four menu, and it's delicious enough to turn anyone into a basketball fan.

While sliced brisket sandwiches, "jump ball" burgers, crispy walleye sandwiches, "bracket-buster" dogs and "road ends here" dogs will be served up in the stadium's clubs, concessions will be featuring tator tot hot dish (because Minnesota), walleye sandwiches, smoked salmon sandwiches, Swedish meatballs and turkey burgers.

But if those menus aren't enough to get your mouth watering, there will be a menu of Final Four snacks, which pay homage to regional favorites of this year's teams. For Auburn University, pick up some "Tiger Paw Pork Skins." Rooting for Michigan State University? Grab the "Spartan Coney Dog." To be transported to the Tex-Mex culinary scene of Texas Tech, try the "Big Tex Nachos." And for University of Virginia fans, the "Wahoo Shrimp and Grits" will fill you up.

For big events, such as the NCAA Tournament and the Super Bowl, Aramark tries to create menus and add options that celebrate the occasion, while providing fans who may be traveling from afar a little taste of home, says David Freireich of Aramark.

"Our chefs familiarized themselves with the tastes and flavors of the hometowns of the four competing teams and, based on this, they developed these signature items to pay homage to each team," Freireich says.
