Richard Blankenship was recently hired as the executive chef for Omni Frisco Hotel in Frisco, Texas.
1. What are you looking forward to in your new role as executive chef at Omni Frisco Hotel?
This fall, Allen, Texas, will have the third location of Pinstack—a 46,000-square-foot venue that will have 26 bowling lanes with lane-side food and beverage service.
The new location will offer a two-level laser tag arena, a rock-climbing wall and high-ropes court suspended 20 feet above hundreds of video games and simulators. There also will be a full-service restaurant and bar with a private dining area. The venue will have space for more than 1,400 people.
