The Hotel Concord diversifies its meeting and events facilities as it opens two new executive boardrooms. The boardrooms can accommodate smaller meetings and events in addition to the venue’s two larger meeting rooms.

Named after the Revolutionary War General and his wife, The John Stark Room and The Molly Stark Room accredit two of the most famous colonial figures in New Hampshire. The rooms accommodate eight to 10 guests with a boardroom style table, speaker phone and LCD projector. Coffee, tea and water service is provided while guests enjoy views of the capital city’s Merrimack River.

The luxury boutique hotel seeks to fill the industry’s demand for small meeting spaces while continuing to offer its two large event rooms. For larger groups, The Concord Room can accommodate 50 to 85 people, and The New Hampshire Room can accommodate 150 to 225 people.

Because of its success, Kempinski Hotels, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group, is again offering ‘Inspiring Events.’ Included are increased commission levels and the possibility of up to two complimentary rooms during the booked event. This deal is valid when a second event is confirmed within 90 days.

This Fall, New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood will welcome one of its tallest hotels. The 430-foot Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel is built on the former site of the Antique Garage flea market, and while the hotel is still shiny and new, the space pays homage to the historic flea market and Chelsea’s Flower District.

Benchmark Resorts & Hotels and Gemstone Collection are encouraging Americans to fire up their grills this season with recipes that showcase regional cuisine from coast to coast. In celebration of July’s National Grilling Month, the company’s award-winning chefs have shared eight grill-friendly dishes to try at home.

“Sixty-three percent of Americans own outdoor grills, and our chefs are delighted to share these innovative ideas that will make their cook-outs fun and flavorful,” says Olivier Gaupin, director of culinary operations.
